Current owner will provide training and
assistance during transition.

Excellent market outlook.  Many established
customers have aging equipment that will
need to be replaced.  Federal regulations
prohibit the manufacture of equipment
containing HCFC-22 after 2009.  This
increases the cost and therefore the profit
from selling new HFC-410a equipment.

Competition is limited by having customer
referrals and warranty obligations.  The
contractor agreement with customers and
suppliers is for the contractor to provide
warranty labor for one year after the start
up of new equipment.  This business is built
on a trusting relationship between contractor
and customer.  The new owner must
establish this trust with each customer.  The
owner has been installing new equipment in
area homes and businesses since 1980.
When equipment fails, the customer calls
the phone number of the original installer.
